affordable, accessible housing alternatives, with support systems in place, which will promote independent living and self sufficiency.
Located on the south-side of San Antonio just north of
S.W. Military Drive and Pleasanton Road. This gated community is nestled in the residential area at 320 Kendalia Avenue San Antonio, TX 78214. The 9 duplexes consist of two 2 bedroom and sixteen 1 bedroom units. All 18 units are fully wheelchair accessible. The proximity of the community to S.W. Military provides our tenants with immediate access to numerous stores, eating establishments and other national and local businesses. Cambridge Village is an apartment complex with several buildings maintained by numerous owners. Our three two-story apartments at 6292 Queens Castle San Antonio, TX 78218 are located just inside the main gate. The 10 first floor units, four 2 bedroom and six 1 bedroom units, are fully wheelchair accessible. The 10 second floor units, four 2 bedroom and six 1 bedroom units, are accessible by stairs. The proximity of the community to Rittiman Road and IH 35 provides our tenants with immediate access to numerous stores, eating establishments and other national and local businesses.
