The COILCDC Mission is to increase the supply of affordable, accessible housing alternatives, with support systems in place, which will promote independent living and self sufficiency.

A. Villas De Las Misiones

Located on the south-side of San Antonio just north of S.W. Military Drive and Pleasanton Road. This gated community is nestled in the residential area at 320 Kendalia Avenue San Antonio, TX 78214. The 9 duplexes consist of two 2 bedroom and sixteen 1 bedroom units. All 18 units are fully wheelchair accessible. The proximity of the community to S.W. Military provides our tenants with immediate access to numerous stores, eating establishments and other national and local businesses. B. Cambridge Village

Located on the northeast-side of San Antonio just east of IH 35 and Rittiman Road. This gated community near John James Park is surrounded by several residential communities. Cambridge Village is an apartment complex with several buildings maintained by numerous owners. Our three two-story apartments at 6292 Queens Castle San Antonio, TX 78218 are located just inside the main gate. The 10 first floor units, four 2 bedroom and six 1 bedroom units, are fully wheelchair accessible. The 10 second floor units, four 2 bedroom and six 1 bedroom units, are accessible by stairs. The proximity of the community to Rittiman Road and IH 35 provides our tenants with immediate access to numerous stores, eating establishments and other national and local businesses. C. Huntleigh Crossing

Located on the east-side of San Antonio just east of W.W. White Road and East Houston Street. This community is part of Huntleigh Park residential community. The 12 duplexes are located at Whispering Creek and Susanwood Drive San Antonio, TX 78220. The duplexes consist of twelve 2 bedroom and twelve 1 bedroom units. The proximity of the community to W.W. White, IH10 and IH410 provides our tenants with immediate access to numerous stores, eating establishments and other national and local businesses.
