The COILCDC Mission is to increase the supply of affordable, accessible housing alternatives, with support systems in place, which will promote independent living and self sufficiency.

A. Villas De Las Misiones

A gated 18 unit complex nestled in a well-established neighborhood on the City's Southside.

B. Cambridge Village

Affordable accessible housing located at Rittman Road off I-35.

C. Huntleigh Crossing

Coming Soon! New units of affordable, accessible housing will be located on the near east side of San Antonio off WW White and East Houston Streets.
